Zinc shot is used for surface deburring and surface brightness -process for aluminum alloy, Zinc alloy,Copper pieces,Stainless steel , decoration, Electrical accessories and other non-ferrous metal castings, extrusions, sheet metal and so on. It can improve the anti-fatigue and anti-corrosion of an workpiece, it also can give the surface a significant whitening effect
Zinc shot and aluminum shot are mainly used for sand removing, deburring and surface processing to the parts . In the shot blasting operation,by using of aluminum and zinc shots can give the effect of soft attack.. However, dealing with the dust generated on surface by aluminum shot may cause an explosion, the probability of explosion caused by zinc shots is one tenth compare to aluminum shots .
